Ibiza is a spectacular place with an incredibly rich history.  Part of the Baleric Islands, it has been inhabited for centuries.  It was already a major trading port at the time of the Greeks, as well as the Romans, and there is a long history of hospitality here.  This makes for splendid accommodations in Ibiza.  Boutique hotels are famous here, and valued for their particularly unique styles and sensibilities.  Boutique hotels are often smaller than the chain hotels, and offer individual touches that make them distinctive, and a perfect choice for the discerning traveler.  There is a lot to see and do here, and you may enjoy looking at the historical places, finding the connections between then and now, and enjoy the utter bewilderment at all the different civilizations that have passed through here over time’s long march.

Travelers here probably know about Ibiza’s position in the world as one of the best places to go to nightclubs and enjoy parties that go on all night long.  By all night, Ibiza is very serious about all night.  Oftentimes, the party doesn’t swing into full gear until well after midnight, and the spectacle and the dancing can go on until the sun comes up.  You’ll find a fantastic party wherever DJ Jo Mills is playing.  This hot performer spends her time living all over the world with her busy and exciting schedule, but seems to be spending most of her time between here and London.

With good reason, too.  She honed her skills playing London Clubs in the early 90s, and fell into DJing unintentionally.  Working alongside some of the hottest spinners, she began to catch a taste for the art, and was a very fast-rising star.  By 2001 she was playing the best clubs all over the world, and making a big name for herself.  She still plays out, with an amazingly hectic schedule, and she seems to thrive on the energy and the chaos.  Jo Mills has also been putting in a considerable amount of time in the studio, making brilliant recordings of her work that still show a fearless and wonderful spontaneity, and demonstrate why Ibiza is lucky to have her as a true friend.
