Taylor Swift can certainly be categorized as one of those individuals who has got it going on. She is an award winning singer songwriter who plays the guitar and also acts. She is also popular with both adults and younger audiences, which has helped her to achieve such a high point of success at such and early age. Parents are happy to bring their teenagers and younger children to her concerts because they are interested in attending them as well. And Taylor Swiftrank high as a role model which is anther thing that parents appreciate and support.

Swift has been performing since she was a child, which she is actually barely beyond at this point, though her maturity of character and artistry belie this fact. She first entered the mainstream world in 2006 with her debut single titled Tim McGraw. Her first album, which was self titled, was designated by the Recording Industry Association of America as going Platinum multiple times. Since then she has been a name and face that has been a household item and she shows no signs of slowing down. Her second album titled Fearless was released in 2008. It has spent more time at number one than any other album since 2000. It also spent 11 non-consecutive weeks in the Billboard top 200. In 2009 Billboard Magazine listed her as the Artist of the Year.

From her earliest days it seems that Swift was destined for fame and glory. She began writing poems at a young age and also performed in a local kids’ sketch comedy group TheatreKids Live! The group was inspired by Saturday Night Live and uses a similar format. Swift excelled at comedy though she seemed to be more suited or drawn toward music. However, she would later use some of her comedic tendencies in songs and this is one of her strong points. Swift is excellent at incorporating life experiences into great songs and music has also served as a personal emotional outlet for her.
